My favorite free sock patterns I've found online continues......The Diagonal Rib Socks are classic and the pattern appears quite easy to make. They have a nice, crisp look to them. This pattern is listed in the free pattern library of Knitting Daily. The pattern design and picture are by Ann Budd and utilize a four row pattern repeat.
